Danika Koopmans just finished her Masters to be a Family Nurse Practitioner and is now studying for licensing exams. Through her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and amidst studying to be a FNP, she spent countless hours studying the effects of food on the body. When she learned the importance of nutrition and its role in healing the body, she created her company Health Intentionally, through which she allows her passion to explode with providing people with the knowledge and tools to create sustainably healthy lifestyle changes regardless of any pre-existing condition they may or may not have. She believes that when we feel good inside our body we can further improve the lives of those around us and create a vibrant and abundant life!

Who am I?

I'm an open, joyful, powerful woman! Here's a few key things about me...

Nurse Practitioner

For me, health is a combination of science based knowledge and connecting in with your heart. You can find me nose in a book studying which foods do what. I'm a total geek when it comes to all things health, which is why I've just completed my Masters! I love to help people with this brain of mine.

Recipe Experimenter

I play with my food! Literally and in making new recipes for my clients to eat with their families. I love the pleasure of food, but I also like to make it simple. If it doesn't taste good and it's not easy, it's not in my recipe book!

Devoted Mom

Being a mom means that everything I learn get's applied to my family. It's not just about me. Running a business and being a mom is a balance I know well. Many of my clients are powerful, busy women who've got a lot on their plates. Balancing it all means making it simple so you can enjoy your vibrant life!

My Family

Meet my little family! We may look picture perfect here, but trust me, we're all over the place too! When it comes to food, here's the philosophy: it get's to be simple, simple, simple. I support my clients with bringing their entire family along for the journey, because I know that if my family won't eat it, we've got a problem! Health Intentionally is something you can bring the entire family into.
